TASSO, the leading Edge in transpersonal coaching and therapy
What is Tasso?
Tasso International is a branch of Tasso Institute BV, a Dutch company. Tasso is a Training Institute for Transpersonal Coaching and Therapy.
When is Tasso established?
The current Tasso programs are a direct continuation of the management development activities of Hans TenDam since 1970, and regression training activities of Hans TenDam that started in the Netherlands in 1983 and abroad in 1986.
What is its product?
Tasso Institute offers training programs and workshops in transpersonal coaching and therapy. We do that in English, German, Dutch, and Portuguese. We may do that also in French or Spanish. Our teachers train and lecture world-wide. Leading Tasso Institute Hans TenDam has over forty years experience as management consultant and coach, and thirty years experience in regression. He is the founder of regression therapy training in the Netherlands and wrote internationally acclaimed books on the subject. The two written English books are: Exploring Reincarnation and Deep Healing.
We strive to be the most profound Institute of Transpersonal Therapy and coaching by professional expertise, by developing continuously in this profession and by offering the most varied package of practical methods.
What are the core values of Tasso?
Profound, inspiring, life - transforming, vibrant, intense.
By whom is the program taught?
The program is taught by Hans TenDam, Marion Boon and Claudine Bonnet. They all have extensive experience in therapy and teaching. Hans TenDam and Marion Boon are internationally renowned trainers. Both have been teaching around the world, from Japan to India and Brazil. Claudine Bonnet is the first teacher in the Dutch training program.
Around the world: Regression therapy is being applied around the world. Tasso is active around the world. We know what is going on and we contribute wherever we can and however we can. We started up the worldwide association and the world congresses.
Practical: We are open-minded, but refrain from metaphysical speculations. Everything we do is based on practical experiences and geared to practical results: real and enduring changes in people. We want to be effective and we want to be efficient.
Exploring: Regression is interesting. Our way of working is exploring and discovering. And we remain always interested in new findings. We are fearless.
Methodical: We work with the intuition of our clients and most of us are pretty intuitive ourselves. We counterbalance that with an approach that ts as precise and methodical as possible. It is poor to focus on intuition and to forget intellect.
Craft: Teaching people it means selecting, educating and training, and a lot of immediate experience in guding and undergoing regressions.
Energy: Regression is intense. High-in, high-out: personal investment is high, personal pay-out is high. What is true for regression, is true for our training program.
Reputation: Our teachers are among the most experienced in our field. The books of Hans TenDam have been translated in several languages and are used in other schools and training programs.
Students: We seek students who fit our profile: practical, exploring, methodical, energetic, interested
Regression is reliving former experiences that seemed forgotten or repressed. Complaints like fears, depressions, relationship problems and sexual problems have causes. Even illnesses have causes apart from bacteria or viruses. The same is true for many bodily complaints. Those causes we often forgot. The forgotten life experiences often contained emotional wounds that never healed completely, or triggered stubborn, half-conscious beliefs in our mind. Such beliefs only do change when we understand how they started and why we held on to them.
What is past-life therapy / reincarnation therapy?
Past life regression is regression therapy that accepts when clients relive experiences apparently from before the present life and works with such experiences. Belief in reincarnation is unnecessary. The therapy is based on experiences, not on a philosophy or belief system.
What is transpersonal regression therapy?
Transpersonal Regression Therapy means we go beyond the boundaries of the present personality. Besides past lives we believe there exist other elements, not coming from our own personality; like psychological experiences, telepathic experiences and mystic experiences. Sessions can lead to non - corporal experiences, experiences in the spirit world (life between lives). We also can do sessions for others, like a child or someone who is not able to follow this therapy.
We always combine regression sessions with an energetic working method. It's possible you wear energy of others. This can be an emotion, certain behavior or a conviction of a family member. This can lead to psychological or mental complaints. By following Transpersonal Regression Therapy these complaints can be released. It's also possible you lost something of your own energy. This can be recalled by this therapy.
What is transpersonal coaching?
- Including intuitive experiences
- Regression, personification and energy work
- State of mind and state of body
- Personal Mastery
- Energy work for organizations
Life Coaching helps to order your life and work situation to move a step forward. It helps you to get inspiration again, to get more energy, to become yourself. Transpersonal coaching is especially suitable for managers with a coaching function, life - coaches or people who want to become a life coach.
Why should you be interested?
This program educates and trains people to become modern regression therapists. The network of future professional colleagues expand every year. What to expect:
- Teachers with considerable experience
- Down to earth spirituality
- Broad methodology
- Very practical and effective
- Prominent international standing
What makes transpersonal coaching and therapy so effective?
It covers a broad spectrum of transpersonal methods to help people to solve their problems at a deep level and develop mentally, psychologically and even physically. It is client-centered. It avoids classical hypnosis and any other approach that makes people dependent on outside influences.
What's the difference with talking therapy?
Reliving with understanding eases release of convictions. After people found and relived undigested experiences, emotions discharge and clients feel and understand how their present complaints were connected to the past experiences and regain mental health.
Regression therapists retrieve not only forgotten experiences to deactivate problematic repercussions, but also to reactivate positive feelings, good memories and talents that have been lost. Results of regression therapy, like of most psychotherapy, are:
- mental results
- emotional results
- bodily results
In talking therapy mostly one of these aspects is neglected. Regression therapy is generally short therapy, though the sessions are longer and more intensive than is usual in psychotherapy.
For whom is this training?
- Stable, good functioning educated people
- Spiritual people who are standing with both feet on the ground
- People who want to find causes of their own problems and the consequences of certain experiences, decisions or convictions. It's not the regression therapist telling what the problem is.
- Professionals looking for a break-through. For example people who already have a practice room and want to discover how to become a better therapist
- People who want to learn how to achieve deeper permanent healing results
- Psychological students who are in the beginning and are not canalized yet
- Doctors, nurses and social workers who know there is much more possible
- Prophets who want to learn structure
- Organizations who need help in their working system
What background is expected?
Students are expected to have one of the following backgrounds:
- At least three years experience in the care and helping professions.
- College-level education in other disciplines and personal experience with regression therapy.
- Academic or college level training in psychology, psychotherapy or psychiatry.
What's the added value of Tasso in the field of transpersonal coaching and therapy?

Can this therapy be combined with other therapies?
Most therapists combine working in past lives with other therapies, like NLP, hypnotherapy (including Ericksonian hypnotherapy), Gestalt and Inner Child work. Many therapists also do regression therapy with children. from about eight years of age. The main motives are childhood fears and phobias.
